Native to Polynesia and beloved in South Florida gardens for their colorful foliage that comes in varying shapes. The term 'Copperleaf' is loosely used for this category of plants that are more than copper in color.

Fast growth makes these plants ideal for a quick screening accent or hedge. Full sun exposure brings out the optimal color in the foliage. Feed with a slow-release 14-14-14 granular fertilizer every three months. May drop some foliage when temperatures drop to below 45F for an extended period. Prune back periodically to promote new growth.
