A dwarf version of the more common Allamanda bush with smaller leaves and flowers, and a smaller growth habit. Genus is native to the rainforests of Brazil.

Best used in summer container gardens mixed with plants such as Crotons, Heliconias, Pentas and Evolvulus. Feed with a slow-release 14-14-14 granular fertilizer every three months from spring to early fall. Flowers will stop blooming in early winter and some foliage may drop if temperatures drop into the high 40sF. Hard prune and fertilize in late March for robust growth in spring. Light prune thru growing season to keep a nice full appearance.
