Can either be a potted plant or in-ground in the landscape. May also be indoors but will bloom less. Feed with a slow-release 14-14-14 granular fertilizer every three months. If potted, let soil dry out completely between watering. Outdoors, apply a systemic insecticide every eight weeks from March until December to prevent caterpillar infestations. Use BT insecticide as a topical treatment for any caterpillar infestations.
