Nominally a large tree if planted in-ground, its primary use now is as a potted plant, particularly when young. Indoors, plants smaller than 2 feet are ideal. Larger plants will do better outdoors. Feed with a slow-release 14-14-14 granular fertilizer every three months. A hard prune in early spring and then occasional light pruning will keep the canopy looking nice and full all year.
