Best in raised containers by itself or mixed in with other succulents. May be used as a groundcover but needs to be in a raised bed with well-draining soil. Feed with a slow-release 14-14-14 granular fertilizer every three months. Some die-back will occur in summer with heavy rains. Just trim back and plant will bounce back in the fall.
