Best as a potted plant outdoors and indoors but will need bright sun for the bracts to be colorful. Can also be planted in-ground. Light salt drift tolerance makes it suitable for coastal gardens. Feed with a slow-release 14-14-14 granular fertilizer every three months. Cut back periodically to promote new growth and blooms.
