Enjoy as a potted plant during the hot and humid summers. Also can be planted in-ground: most will do better in shade, some cultivars can tolerate full sun.
Feed with a slow-release 14-14-14 granular fertilizer every three months.
Cutting back wilted stems and foliage in mid-summer will promote new growth.
All stems and foliage will go dormant from late fall until mid-spring.
